Howard Moores Has left Spain owing money to a number of residents/owners

To all those people who have been abandoned and lied to by Howard Moores, below is is mobile phone number and uk bank account details.  He has left Spain owing us 725 euro's, which after we found out he had left Spain he said he would refund!  (No sign of any money only more lies)  He emailed us in October as if he was still in Spain when in fact he was in the UK, trying to get as much money from owners as he could before they found out the truth.  He handed the management of apartments over to Heather and Brian, who are much more respectable than him.  For those who are still in the dark here is their contact details for you to get in touch:   mijasgolf@gmx.com 

I urge all of you to track this dishonest cheat and ensure that you do not pay any outstanding amounts to him.  I have a few friends who will track him down and when they do i will post his address on the message board, failing that i can PM everyone with his details.  I have written off ever getting my money back from this thief, but look on the bright side it was hundreds not thousands.

Those who paid him by credit card, should contact their company and quote section 75 for refunds

I would also urge you all to change your locks as you never know what he is capable of!

Below is an email he sent, all lies, i have many more that i have saved for my legal proceedings.

You can pay the account into our UK bank, I think that will be easier than getting it into our Spanish account, at the moment it has been frozen by the authorities as we deposited a very large amount into it and until we prove where the money has come from, it will remain frozen, we have sent al the details as to where the money has come from to the relevent people and it is now just a matter of time before it is back up and running but, as you know it is Spain and the golden rule of Manjana reigns.

Our loss through Mr Moores is thankfully just bed linen. As luck would have it we got our money from this man and ignored his demands for more money. As my partner smelt a rat !!!!!!!!!

Brian and Heather should not have been tainted by any relaitionship that they may have had with this person as they are both very respectable people.
