Great News Bjorn. All we need now is the pound to come back against the Euro, our home properties to return to there former prices, oh and six numbers on the lottery would be nice as well.

Does anybody else know anything about this 7% reduction for those who wish to continue with purchase? Has anybody got any further information as I am totally in the dark as to what is happening over there.

Thanks for the reply. I have declared my interest in joining to the organiser of the group and messaged him privately. I think it is a great idea to pool our resources as such. Am just waiting for him to get back to me with further details in the new year. Was just wondering if anyone else knew of any further developments.

Have just seen the notice about the 7%. Don't know anything about it. Will be going up to Campos Del Rio and to Albudeite next week . Will try to find out more. Will be taking camera with me and will post anything I can

Hi,
Is there any news on the MAG campaign that was set to take action from the 15th Jan if no progress?
My patience has run out now as I as many others put money on a Villa on phase 1, just short of 4 yrs ago now. And after reading the threads on El Trampolin I will certainly not be parting with any more of my money to TH.
The sooner we do something the better, enough of his stalling we need the courts to freeze his assets now, if he has any left after all the flash cars and hair gel.

Well ... Stuart ... what can I say except that you are not alone! The problem here is that there appear to be two totally "oppossed" factions to this debate ... those that believe Antonio and his "crew" and those that do not. Also there appears a degree of sensitivity at the distinction between the original Solera development and that of Trampolin Hills. My interest surrounds specifically the Solera development and so my comments MUST be read in that context. Like you I parted with nearly €200K some 4 years or so ago and sought completion at the start of 2008. It was at that time that I discovered that there was a Mortgage outstanding of +-€150K on my property ... an amount GREATER than what I owed! I engaged a very capable firm of Lawyers in La Manga who are also acting for other clients on BOTH developments. Trampolin were asked to either complete (which would have meant repaying the Mortgage and gaining a licence) or return the money to my wife and I. What did they do? They took €145K from a new client giving a total of monies received on ONE property with a value of €285K amounting to just short of €500K! This is "Fraud" in both Spain and the UK. Since my contract "predates" that of the second purchaser I have a "hold" over that and an embargo obtained through the Courts on a second property.
The reason I have explained all this is that if they can do this once how many other clients are in the same situation. So far I have only instituted civil proceedings against the firm but "penal" (we would say Criminal) proceedings are now starting against the unfortunate SOLE Director for fraud. Sadly I do not think that he has any "real money left" since I am aware that they have used Company money not just to fund a "lavish" lifestyle but to purchase other properties in the names of third parties ... as a protection against "embargo" away from Trampolin.i am at least partially protected by Contract and Embargo but that will involve a degree of litigation between the new purchasers and anyone who may be occupying the second property over which i hold an embargo.
Ultimately I think CAM Bank have to shoulder a degree of the blame since they advanced considerable sums of money to this trio of individuals in the same way as you might put a child in charge of a sweet shop! For those with "deposits" in place for T Hills I feel that they will eventually obtain a licence but with the Directors having squandered the deposits what will be left to commence construction ... given the current state of World Banking will anyone advance them money on the same basis as before ... that is if they are not in prison by then! All i can say is that these "cowboys" have attempted the "strong arm tactics" with me so be warned. Finally does anyone know what happened about that character ... Dennis or David Wilson (or similar) from the BBC who was doing a documentary?

Hi stuart, I got the impression from one of the MAG that they were going on fact finding mission with view to deciding best course of action. I agree that we have given GT enuogh time and far too many chances. If this project even goes ahead, do we want the problems that others on El Trampolin have had to put up with? - No! There seem to be lots of people viewing these threads, but not too many posting their thoughts. I can understand that people would prefer to think that all will be well, but we need to wake up and realise the kind of people we are dealing with, and the economic climate that we are in. Rather than just sitting waiting for somwthing to happen as we have done for nearly four years, we need to do something proactive to get our money back- that is why I cant wait to get the ball rolling with the MAG.
I have spoke to a few people via private message, and weird as it may seem it has made me feel better that I am not the only one up to my neck in it, and has had enough of this company and this project.
Hoping and waiting for some news from MAG.

You may all find this hard to believe but if you havn't done so add el trampolin as one of your developments and you will see, that we may well be the lucky ones compared to them!!!! they build you a house, you pay for it, to find out TH have taken out a massive mortgage on it, if they go bump who owns the house?

You are absolutely correct; my lawyers have done a comprehensive of the ALL the properties built by Trampolin and with the whole of Phase 2 (I THINK 2) they have been mortgaged to CAM Bank ... in these instances the amounts they are due to collect from clients is fare less than the amount they have to repay the Bank assuming just the PRINCIPLE and NOT the interest! In my case they have have across two buyers and the Bank been paid over €200K more than they originally stood to receive! Multiply this across the whole phase and ... WOW ... you have a huge sum of money! I did alert other buyers to this fact in an ealier post about 9 months ago but only achieved insults and abuse from at least two other forum members.
My understanding is that Trampolin are receiving demands almost daily with continual Court Hearings in Murcia ... what do Trampolin do ... they simply fail to attend and so are declared to be in "rebellry" (similar to "Contempt of Court"). The law in Spain appears very different to that in the UK ... I am aware of at least one client who received a cheque back in repayment of their deposit ... the cheque "bounced"! In the UK that alone would have been an "Act of Bankruptcy" but not Spain ... six months later and only last week did the client gain a Judgment from the Court. Sadly I believe it is not IF but WHEN Trampolin go bump; as far as El Trampolin (Solera) are concerned I suggest that CAM Bank may be held partially responsible with possibly only one of the "trio" of partners spending a considerable period behind bars for Fraud.
As for the new development the Banks HAVE NOT advanced any money and I would be stunned were they to do so! With deposits of around 50% having been paid across the whole of this development ... the money now long gone ... I simply cannot imagine how on earth they intend to fund it!
Anyway ... simple answer to your question ... CAM Bank have the 1st charge and so YOU cannot own the house until this has been cleared PLUS INTEREST which is all detailed in the Land Registry. Then it becomes a question of "Contract" and who has paid what. I paid nearly €200K in advance of a second buyer for my plot who paid €150K. You are then faced with the inevitable fact and NOT THE FAULT OF TRAMPOLIN that your property is worth considerably less than you thought simply due to Market forces.
Sorry ... not good news but all facts "Amga 2" (as I think he chooses to call himself on this site) has conned us all and now quite simply no longer has the cash. His assets could well be unwound but it will take time.

Hello everyone.I am one of the Irish people who bought into the Trampolin Hills project back in 1996.I have been on site six times,each time I get more depressed.I have also followed the forum for the last fews years.I used to watch the web cam also daily,so you can see how hooked I was.I have recently bought a small apartment in Playa Flamenca and that is it for me.I would now advise everyone to forget about Antonio and Trampolin Hills,its all just a con job.We have lost our money c,est la vie. embed

Doubtless I was one of the "scaremongerers" you have referred to since I tried to use "Eye on Spain" myself to advise other clients as to what was happening and received only "abuse" for my my "eefforts". Now it seems others are begining to "see the light" and realise that I was in fact telling the truth ... in fact only about an hour ago did i learn of two other clients who have paid in full for their properties some time ago only to find that there are HUGE mortgages outstanding to CAM Bank ... in one case having paid €250K a mortgage has been taken against this property in favour of the Bank for €375K! I pointed this out on the Forum around June last year and was in essence "shouted down". Antonoi attempted to retaliate by suggesting some sort of impropriety between his Scretary (Maria) and myself ... a young lady I have barely spoken to even suggesting I call her on her mobile phone. This man's tactics are simply appalling. The same individual ... in defence of our embargo application ... wrote to the Court suggesting that ".... since Mr Wilford is Divorced we don't have to return his money"; what an odd defence ... made even stranger given the fact that (a) I am NOT divorced and (b) the application was made in JOINT NAMES!
Until now I have largely ignored the Forum since it appeared no one was listening but now I see things differently. The real problem here is that Rafael is going to be the fall guy in all this since he and Ronnie only own about 10% of the company ... the balance is in Antonio's name. Any action for "Fraud" will be against Rafael since he is the ONLY "Board Member" of El Trampolin and IF anyone has a "few years holiday" in small square room it will be him!
I was not / am not aware of this Murcia Action Group and would love to throw my weight behind them ... could someone please give me the details. My approach will be to talk to CAM Bank ... after all they are potentially in as much trouble as we are. I had not considered the EEC connection and so may also speak to my MEP. Does anyone else have any ideas since the Law in Spain is extremely slow ... you go to the station to catch a train only to find it left an hour ago. ANY AND ALL ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

You need to PM Murciabhoy, he has a thread titled "join the murcia action group" if you search the TH forums you will find it. I think he is in Spain at the moment having meetings with lawyers etc, so maybe someone from here can give you his mobile number to call him in Spain. Although I think a lot of the regulars are also in Spain at the moment on a fact finding mission.

I feel it is a bit strong to suggest we are trying to steal each others villas but in my case undoubtedly a Mr & Mrs P...... have moved into the property but they too were innocent victims of a much larger scam. To the extent that I have a prior contract their position is somewhat weaker but I guess by now CAM Bank will be owed as much as the property is worth. This is indeed a very "sad" and unfortunate situation and i feel that only a unified action will work. As certain as "night follows day" thsi will all come crashing down around their ears but feel we should apply pressure to the Authorities. My guess these three thieves will have stashed away MILLIONS of €'s!
