Is that the full address for cam bank? any email address.
My worry is that once they know they will bankrupt our robbing builders-however this will bring all to a head and our fight will be with the bank to stay in our houses,
Anyone know the value of a property on phase 2-least I can go to bed knowing the true amount I will lose!-or the amount it its worth offering the bank,
I hear a large property auction in spain prior to xmas failed to sell any of its lots! last thing Cam bank want is our properties then! embed

Please could people clarify if you are stating the information for El trampolin 2nd phase, or TH 2nd phase, as I for one am really confused about these CAM bank mortgages! If it is El trampolin then please also put this on your post as this is the TH forum.

The email address is as follows ... "Eye on Spain" does not allow the us of email address' so you need to use your imagination. His name is Meseguer so type this first ... pfmeseguer. He works for CAM Bank so try cam after the "at symbol ... their domain is in spain so that becomes es! In answer to your question as to the value I guess a great deal less than you / we paid ... maybe 50%. i see it differently ... maybe CAM Bank can be forced to indeminify their client by Government pressure.
I see no simple answer ... the three of them are all crooks ... end of story.
Are you in the UK or Spain ... if the former then maybe you would like to send me a message with your number and we can discuss a strategy.

Crikey ... this is a "full time job" answering the various posts! I am talking about the ORIGINAL development opposite / near Polaris La Torre Golf ... I think they refer to is as Solera. My property (/) is the large villa (Plot 82) underneath the enormous wall currently occupied by the SECOND purchaser. Now I am confused since some of the "posts" in this thread CLEARLY relate to El Trampolin / Solera and NOT Trampolin Hills. Having said that the three characters are the same in both instances and i would be stunned tto find that they have "come over" all honest by travelling 40 miles to the new development.

Yes it does get confusing. That is why you need to post which development you are stating information about if it is NOT the TH development. This is the TH forum and so all the information with specific details would be less confusing if people state their development area.

Its nice to find a site that can give me some information on Trampolin Hills project.
After reading most of the messages posted .
It's not looking good for anyone who purchased with company.
There is a few people in Ireland who purchased and are useing the same solicitor in spain to bring trampolin hills to curt.
Again the cost per person is over 3500euro It may be evan more money down the tubes but we got to do something.
Any information i get i will post it on.
I have only joined today so give me time.
I think its very important at this stage that people except the the chance of getting trampolin Hills Built is very slim .
so we all should work together to make a collective claim against this company.
The longer we leave it the less chance of us getting any money back.

Hey all
We have had some long discussions on this forum, and tried to be positive with regards to the final license...we have started the action group and have had discussions with CdR, GT and others.
I have really been the one to try to stay calm - it is hard at times - but considering all the facts i still believe that the building way is the only way out
I often try to put up alternatives and compare them with whats the worst thing that could happen with whats the best thing that could happen - and the thruth is somwhere in between or maybe "over the rainbow ;-)"
We really should think about what will happen if GT goes bankrupt!!!
What will happen to the bank(s)?
The bank will loose a major sum of money which they will try to retrieve from GT's customers
What will happen to the customers in El trampolin, solero, trampolin Mula, roal dream or what ever they are called?
If the properties are mortgages over the pipes, I guess they will end up in a lot of trouble
What will Happen to Trampolin Hills Customers?
If they have "wasted all the money" whats left to get back - it will not help with all bank guarantees in the world - the money will then be lost. Specially
It is good to join forces to find a way out of this "unfortune" - but I will urge everyone to make up their minds slowly - stop and think for every step in the ladder - be open to other solution
because
I personally believe that our best chance out of this mess is that Trampolin Hills is finally built
I also think that it is possible to land with our feet on the ground, and if we stick together we will be the strong part - and we might have a possibility to prevent the Trampolin Hills project to be mortgaged over the value (like the other projects have experienced) - but then again, this is my thougths for whatever its worth
I still revert to my philosophy: Building is the best way.
And we never know what the market would becom in a year or so...
well well - thats my thinking for today

Antonio … Rafael … Ronnie … by now you should have seen the recent posts on this site and any “decent” person would be truly ashamed of themselves. You all know that every word I have written is true ; you have committed fraud on a massive scale. You have taken monies in FULL payment for properties and subsequently obtained Mortgages from CAM Bank leaving the owners with potentially huge debts … THIS IS FRAUD. In my case you have taken money from my wife and I amounting to nearly €200K … obtained a mortgage from CAM Bank for +-€145K giving a total well in excess of the agreed purchase price. Not content with this you took a further €145K off Mr and Mrs P…… (Plot 82) and effectively allowed them to move into my property. Fortunately I was able to advise them of your actions prior to them parting with the final €140K. Antonio … get mad by all means but I invite you to deny what I have said is true and attempt to sue me for libel. This is written in terms that the whole world can see so … go ahead … deny it! You won’t of course because YOU KNOW EVERY WORD IS TRUE! YOU HAVE EFFECTIVELY STOLEN POTENTIALLY MILLIONS OF EUROS NOT JUST FROM YOUR COMPANY BUT YOUR CLIENTS ALSO. It is accepted that CAM Bank may ultimately have to bear some responsibility for not exercising “due diligence”; in my particular case I have a signed contract dated February 2006 … CAM Bank advanced you the money in July 2007 and then you constructed a fraudulent contract for Mr and Mrs P…… dated 2008. Of course it is always open to you to repay the money to me and clear your liabilities with CAM Bank but I guess as a fraudster do not want to do this!

Building is best only if you can sell what you have built!
No one is buying !
Do you think the banks will lend if the first site they have started isnt finished.what Trampolin need to do is get the go ahead to start the next site,and finish the first one or they and you will find we will have put legal charge over whatever trampolin has left -then your next site wont be built -because trampolin wont be able to offer these properties to the banks embed

You are correct ... it is the one of hell of a post BUT IT IS ALSO VERY TRUE. Trampolin (A + R + R) know this to be the case ... I am effectively inviting them to dent it but ... of course ... remember i have an embargo certified by the Courts to prove they owe the money. I suggest you go to the Land Registry in Spain and check out your own property ... have you got a Mortgage outstanding on it? There are very many people on El Trampolinwho have paid for their properties in full and SINCE PAYING Trampolin have taken out Mortgages from CAM Bank leaving them potentially liable for 100's of thousands of Euros ... sound like fraud to me! In my case it undoubtedly is. Let's now wait and see if Antonio can ... without resorting to "childish" snipes ... can constructively destroy my statements. Its quite simple really ... he either has or he has not taken out Mortgages on properties after they have been paid for in full. In my case I KNOW what I have paid ... I KNOW what the Mortgage is on the property and I KNOW that he subsequently took €145K from a subsequent client for my villa. I invite him to disprove what i am saying ... either that or refund my money PLUS interest as stated in the contract PLUS Court costs. It is simple ... one or the other!

Well … Antonio / Rafael / Ronnie … what can I say … I am pleased that it looks as though you will be able to gain planning permission on your new developments and trust that this will mean that you are going to be able to repay all the fraudulently obtained Mortgages from CAM Bank on phase 2 at El Trampolin. Maybe this will also mean that you can either (a) return my money plus costs or alternatively (b) complete on my purchase of Plot 82! In the meantime I note from my Solicitors that you are supplying details of three properties which we can hold as security for the monies you have received from me. You never know … I may even be prepared to keep them and forgo my rights over Plot 82!
