Taxation on two properties

Hi, has anyone photos or knowledge of how phase 4 block 6 is coming along? We were told at beginning of November completion would be Dec06? Many thanks

Friends of ours are buying in Block 6 and have been told March 07 by MRI, we are buying in Block 11 direct from Arenal and have been told same date.

My understanding is phase 4 is as follows:- Blocks 1-4 Dec 06, Blocks 5-8 & 11 March 07 and Blocks 9 & 10 June 07

Have just loaded some photos taken monday 11 december. pic 1 & 2 are phase 4 block 5 pic 3 is block 4 & 5 and pic 4 is block 2 & 3 roadside.we were unable to view inside apartment because not yet handed back to developer from site manager as not yet ready.

Please can jrf who very kindly posted more photos of arenal please leave details of what phase/block etc that the photos are of. Thanks.

Thanks for posting the photos it was really useful.  Does the phrase couldnt swing a cat come into mind :) Also what are the wires over ther swimming pool and will they be removed.

The plus points - the sun is shining there at the moment! as the winds and weather put England in turmoil!!  The National Health here in UK stinks! The Education System is useless and Englands infrasture does not allow us to use public transport we can rely on let alone afford .......   need I go on

Agree with you Allimal, we should all be looking forward to completion and the time when we can all get out there and have a few drinks together.

The wires over the swimming pool are actually an optical illusion as they are some distance away over that mound of earth and they are the temporary power for the building works carried out and should be removed when the works are finished.

On the subject of the mound of earth- does anyone know what is happening with that ? We were originally told that it was to be a tropical garden.  What were you all told?

Just a quick note on the positive side, my friend has just returned from visiting her apartment on phase 3 and was very impressed by the golf course at the back of the club house stating that it appears to be quite vast and has walkways running through:)  I dont intend to put a damper on Arenal Golf as I am impressed with the work so far, it just has been a long 2 years and I feel when the complex beds in it will be fantastic.  I have spoken to Mercedes at Arenal who informed me that block 4, phase 4 possibly could be ready around late feb/ March. Are people also aware that Gomez Sanchez (sorry for the spelling) is no longer the sole owner for arenal and that he has sold 70% to the banks which is in our best interest.  I was informed some time ago by someone who works for Arenal!!

Hi allimal, another note for you on the positive side - we have just returned from the CDS having completed on our apartment on phase 3 and we are very pleased with way the site is coming along. At the moment there are parts of it that resemble a building site but that is exactly what it is until it is all completed! but when it is all finished and everything has had a chance to "bed in" we think it will be a fantastic site.

6. View from Balcony of Block 5 looking towards Phase 8, looks like a building site presently, A bit like Phase 4!!!

Going out to CDS on 11th March for a week hope to get some answers to what is going on and take a few more photos of what progress has been made.
