I would like to send you a private message regarding this but you haven´t made enough posts, you need to have made 10. I cannot answer on the open forum as it is against the rules

Just sent you a private message, don´t know if you can receive it until you have made 10 posts, seeing as you have made 8 just reply to this twice and see what happens

Hi. Did you ever get to the bottom of your damp issue? Apparently we've been informed that we've had a leak from the roof and it's ruined one of the internal walls and damaged the door frame. We are a top floor appartment and we are a bit lost. We are not sure if we are responsible for the roof or Keymare? We've contacted them but they don't seem to be interested.
Thanks Steve & Helen

Hi
worth checking whether it is a leak from the roof or the air conditioning unit above the door - if the filter is not cleared out they can leak and warp the door frames - question is whether the damp is above the air con unit - if so must be the roof. Not sure on responsibility - we get a 1 year warranty and 10 year structural warranty - is a roof leak structural ? I doubt it.
good luck
