Habitation certificate has arrived for Phase 1

Just been informed certificate has arrived today.

Can anyone provide info regarding approximate completion of Town Centre and Golf Course.

When I spoke to customer services today about when phase 4 will be completed I was told that workers would be going on site around March/April 09 and that phase 4 the islands, the town centre and golf course would all be completed by Mid 2010.

Whether you want to believe that or not is up to you but knowing Polaris I would add another 6 months. Mind you when they do get started they don't hang about and tend to finish ahead of  time, it's after it's finished and habitation certificates are applied for that drags it out, but to be fair that's down to the town hall.

We have now visited Terrazas (phase 1 ) on several occassions initially with snagging and then with deliveries and the quality of the build and finishing has improved again. ( We didnt expect this due to the economic climate). The layout of the properties and their quality should make this resort , very nice when its finished. Good luck to all.
