Hi Graham, Thanks for directing me back to the other forum as to be honest I got sick to death of all the negative comments on that forum and just stopped reading it but it is nice to hear a glimmer of hope however small!!!!   I wish more comments would start on this forum about Terrazas though as I read this on a daily basis. I am going to Spain next week and will see what I can find out.

It is nice to get some positive feed back but i can understand the negativity. I am an agent in ireland and have bought in the penthouses. I love the whole idea of polaris but they have released too many resorts at the same time. I try not to be negative as a sell these properties but i have had £40000 with polaris for over 3 years now and they have not laid a sod on phase 2 of terrazas. I have also a number of clients completed in Hacienda 6 months ago and apart from the golf course they have a wooden shop and a wooden bar.They are paying over £100 per month for these services. This worries me with terrazas, will it be the same if is is ever built. La Torre is up and running and if i get the option i may move to there.
