Polaris World have confirmed to us that they do not have the building licence for phase 2, nor do they know if or when they will get it. Polaris are insisting that this does not mean that the phase is cancelled, so will not refund our money. Has anyone had any luck in getting a refund of their money under these circumstances? I really would appreciate any advice.
