Full / Full fuel policy on car hire Murcia

Friends of mine visited the show apartments earlier this week to take some pictures for me.  They said how impressed they were with the progress.

When they asked about completion dates, they were told that the first 'U' up to block 17 (which is our block) will be released within the next 2 months and people will be moving in.  Apparently all these are now fully completed.  We are still working to a Feb/ March completion date as this was teh last that we were told and I was wondering if any one else any information?  I understand that Polaris have to get a habitation certificate and they can't do this until the services have been provided.

Hi Steve, I had a message from a lady on my blog who said she has been advised that completion for her in Block 17 is between 1st & 20th October. Hope this is good news!

We are in Block 30 and have been contacted by PW last week. They gave us a completion window of Oct 15th - Nov 14th, so I assume your block will be earlier than that.
Also, received a PW pack called "First Steps towards signing the deeds for your home"! We have started the ball rolling regarding mortgage etc, as gather this can take 6-8 weeks to sort out. We already have our NIE numbers, however, these can take some time to arrange, although this most recent pack allows you to give PW POA to apply for this on your behalf.

Does anyone have any information on when Polaris will have the Habitation Certificate for the phase 1 properties?

Second posting on this forum, My apartment is in phase 1(plot  "1013") and  will be completed soon.Once the 
resort is complete, the apartment will offer great views.
I bought it for 155k euros and would consider  reasonable offers.I will be putting it up in direct sales section.
