MAPS?

Does anyone have any information about the habitation certificate for phase 1?  My understanding is that Polaris cannot force completion on a buyer until they have this, and that it can take up to 6 months to obtain.  I also understand that some banks will not lend money until this has been issued. 

We have been asking Polaris for some information on this but as expected there has been no response. I suspect this is because they are pushing people to complete and this is an obsticle for them.

I have only heard second hand that in Spain all the properties need to be sold ( phase 1 i presume ) before the habatation certificate are issued. However it may be the case that temporary supplies i.e electricity can be supplied by the contractor. These temporary supplies wouldnt obviously be as efficient as mains connected supplies. i dont know if this  is how Polaris world do it so pleas dont take this as fact.

According to my solicitor last year the banks would have let you get the mortgage without the habitation certificate but now they are being more careful. He also said that he wouldnt let me complete without the habitation certificate.

Polaris informed me today that they would like us to complete between the 1st and 20th October, and at this point i still dont know if there are or will be Habitation certificates issued. 

Anyone know ?
