phase II delays

Hi all.

Just recieved a phone call last week with regards to a delay on our phase II apartment. The guy who called spoke in broken english so was a little difficult to understand. He told us there was a 2 year delay on our apartment and would offer us a 35% discounrt on a key ready property at any of their resorts (as long as it didnt cost less than our original purchase). I am now losing confidence in polaris world. 35% discount would be nice - but then again, getting my 40k back would also be nice. Has any one had any luck getting all their money back as we're hearing some horror stories with regards to this.

Any info would be appreciated.

Are you referring to the old phase two or the new phase two????

I think it's the original phase II. They've had our deposit for over 2 year now so it must be. I'm not up to date with all these phase changes.
