HI just viewed some excellent photos of Terrazas de la Torre mainly of the gardens around the pool area and some briliant shots of the golf course I must say its good to see some progress on site  with all the negitivity thats going on at the moment

Great photos Graham thanks for the link the finished apartment looks great.
I signed up for an apartment on the island in March and other than the receipt for my 1st payment I've heard nothing from my agent who seems to have vanished into thin air or PW.  Does anyone out there receive regular updates or is it just me?

Just back from staying on La Torre and visited TDLT and Condado. We're buying a Penthouse on Phase 2 TDLT, close to the city centre backing on to the carpark (we hope!).
Went to the show apartment on TDLT - it was really nice to see something on our resort and of a good standard of finishing. the news was that although not completing as expected in Oct they will do so in mid November - that from Polaris staff and a couple we met.
The Penthouse show apartment on Condado was great - it's the first concrete version that we have seen of what we will eventually have, again standards were good; different tiling in the kitchen and bathroom from original but personally thought it was  more contemporary and up to date, it seemed more spacious than some of the posted pics we've seen which was a relief!
We have been told by our lawyer who contacted PW and PW staff that Phase 2 should be completed late summer 09, so fingers crossed!
Have got some pics of penthouses on Condado but not sure how to upload them here.

Independent New Build Snagging Inspections

Hi folks

Don't mean to rain on your parade but I posted the following on another thread as Polaris have had over 60k euros from me for over 2 hyears now and not a sod turned on site. The

Just had a long chat with Antonia in PW in Spain who confirmed that the Building permit is not in place but they hope to have it for the end of this year. The Dublin office (after consulting PW Spain this morning)said completion of Phase 2 penthouses would be Jan - Mar 2010 and Spain this afternoon said Dec 2009 but this is the 5th different date that I have been given so I take it with a large pinch of salt.

Does anyone know why they can't get the certificate?  It was supposed to be October, then November, now December.  Is Santa going to deliver it for them?
