any news penoncilla road

hi all has anyone has any news or information on the road works from highway leading up to coto real. would be intresting to know if that is completed and how it looks as i have not managed to get to coto real for a while, will be going in may. if anyone been recently plz let me know the outcome of the road. many thanks.

Im in the process of buying at Coto Real Duquesa....... How are you all feeling with your purchases on this development?

It appears superior to most other developments in lots of ways and the location is ideal.

Just realised you cant use your pm until you have made 12 posts.

We purchased ours two years ago and got the keys last April, love the apartment and the views, but spoilt by the road up, when we were there last week in the horrible rain, it was impossible to walk up or down, it's full of pot holes and was like a river, also no lights, it's pitch black in the dark.

Can't get it let out as the road puts people off, we did get a deal from RYF to pay no community charges for two years because of this, so worth getting your lawyer to get something sorted out for you.

Hi paul regarding furniture have alook on site www.imperialspain.com their an english speaking company but are bit on the expensive side but there furniture is good quality and u can mix and match..also the developers recommended furnishing company which is based in laduqesa itself are also good and resonable priced, but with this euro now i guess it wont make life any easier..

We are in Samos, we bought our furniture from Furniture Word, Estepona, English owned, also bought a few other things from a couple of furniture stores in Sabinillas,

Richard and Wendy.

I would have a good look around for furniture, don't get a package, we did and you get ripped off, we paid a fortune and things like cutlery are the cheapest chat, also other things that get put in the kitchen are total rubbish, bedding also was the cheapest and fell apart after the first wash, they did change them but the same thing happened.

I would take your time and you will save lots of money, there is lots of furniture places in Estepona and along Sabinillas.

Nice to hear of more people moving in to Coto Real, when we were there two weeks ago there was two couples looking at the one above us in Tasos.

We are currently renting in Coto Real and are looking to buy does anyone have any idea what sort of prices there are going for. We would prefer a ground floor if possible as we have 2 kids.

Are the 3 beds alot more in price?

There is a three bedroom one in the block in front of Tasos, can't remember the name of it but it looks over the paddle courts, one of the guys who is foreman and still looks after any repairs on Coto Real was after buying it but couldn't get a mortgage.

Don't think RYF have dropped the price.

Where are you now on Coto Real, we have one in Tasos and my son and daughter in law are staying there until end of Feb.
