COMPUTER ENGINEER WANTING TO MOVE TO SPAIN

hi alll jusr read on manilva life website that there is goin to be new road built wiht pavements and lights from main n340 coast to little higher passing our coto real developement up the school turning little higher im not sure if that is the road  strech wich goes to our appartemnts as i am in coto real samos.. if thats the case it could be good news in somea ways if anyone has heard anything or if that is the strech to our developements plz let me know it will ve intrsetin to know.. but downside will be more construction work for next 2 years going to the flats..

Just read that they will start work in two months time and will finish in eighteen months time, this can only add value to our property in the long run, but may put anyone off renting our apartments during this period.

Just returned from a very nice break in Samos, had read on Manilva life that work on the new road was due to start at 10am 22nd Oct, and amazing right on time work commenced, the original road is now partly closed with diversions in place, from Coto Real down to the N340, you have to turn left through the Arenal/Priene Sur  development and into Sabinillas,  when the road and other developments are finished, I think will be very beneficial giving everybody better access, but I am told this will take approx 18 months to complete.

Would you have any idea if there is anyone in Phase two yet.

Ours is ready in Dec and there has been no one on this site from phase two.

Do you think it will put people of booking our apartments with the road diversion.
