Have just purchased in Khios. Hope to move in early May. We  have been reading mesages and are suprised at the broad range of opinions. For the last year we have serched the Spainish coast from Almeria to Cadiz for a suitable property. We believe we have found it here in Duquesa.

Great Value for money apartment with sea views. Walking distance to a Lovely Marina,Great Resturants & Bars and a Marvelous Promenade. Add to that lovely people and all year sun. What more could you want.

I agree.

We will go over in April to finish off our apartment. ie buy the rest of our furniture and get the electricity switched on.

We will use our apartment as a holiday home. If we can rent it our that will be a bonus.

Hope to meet you when we are over. We are on the gound floor in Khios.
