Sorry to start yet another new thread but I have no other way of defending accusations being made against me .

I have PM Tonymal twice in all the time I have been on here once a long time ago and once a few weeks ago . He posted publicly on the forum asking me to stop making out that  I PMd him all the time  and asked me not to PM him ever again .I have never PMd him since  JA

If thats the case then twigit person is not telling the truth.  This is a good reason for shutting people up, so they can say what they want while your defensless now isnt it.

I will have a look tonight to see how i can ask the moderator.........meanwhile double check the administration addresses for me for HdT and for SJ............and make sure they are for the admin and not the judge...............and drop me a personal e mail

Thats your homework for tonight....................and dont worry or get hot under the collar too much.........your not missing much at the moment, it will sort out soon im sure

Hope Im not speaking out of turn here but how would this Mr Twigit know anyway??  You have always made your views clear JA, and should be allowed to continue to do so.  If this is the way you have to post JA, so be it, we can bear with it for as long as it takes.

Hi Bri, I wasnt a believer in coincidences but ive changed my mind considerably lately.

Im flying out Sunday with feet squarely planted but with a little hope in my heart.  im taking my Uncle out with me who's original dream this was also.. I will PM as soon as I get back Tuesday evening.  Truely is a flying visit!  Alternatives Monday, Lawyer Tuesday.. along with many questions to be answered.  This is the last option now.  Sorry if it sounds a little crypric but whatever this weekend brings, I still remain firmly a Creditor who is willing to fight for as long as it takes.  Doesnt matter how some try to flanel this over.. they are in the wrong, have acted illegally and must pay up eventually even if it means taking everyone of their assets and selling them in action fashion.  I dont care how they arrived at the same conclusion, albeit re-financing (which seems to have died a natural death), or stripping them of all land/property.  We are all entitled to something one day but sooner rather than later.

Despit Ja's claim I asked her to not PM me back in December. I pasted a copy of the PM reply to her below and note she then PM's me with a demand on the 20/01/09. So  her defence does  not stand , which is similar to some other comments that have been made. 

   I WANT MY HOUSE AND A POSITIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL AND THAT INCLUDES THOSE WHO WISH TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK

Was that not a polite note?  And has JA bothered to PM since? We all draw our own conclusions and personally we have seen much much worse on open forum.

Thank you for that Tony and I wish you well truely in getting your house.  Have you spoken to the family and the Administrator's lately  What is there stance now on re-finance propositions on the table to consider?
