LFO Manzana 6

I have just been informed by Taray that the LFO for Manzana 6 was granted on 30th January 2009.

I assume this means Manzana 5 also have their LFO.

Can anybody else confirm this is the case?

I am confused, I am also on  Manzana 6 and I have not had any indication from Taray that the LFO has been granted.

Has anyone else been told that Manzana 6  have the LFO...I don't think Manzana 5 have theirs yet.

As I say I am confused...help!

I had an e.mail last Friday from Taray confirming that the LFO for phase 5 had been issued that day (and a reminder that I now had 30 days to complete - amazing given that Taray have had more than 2 years to complete!!)

Anyway my solicitor has confirmed that the LFO is in place for phase 5 (but no doubt "another license" is needed for something - so don't take my information as fact, have your solicitor confirm also.

Heard diddly squat. If the LFO has been granted i better turn off all my sunbeds now that I might have to start paying electric soon.

Asked Helder today he said it has not been granted yet!

What are Taray upto. They sent me an email saying the LFO had been granted and that I must complete within 30 days.

I think they are getting desperate. Puts everything into perspective ref: The Pool.

Dont go not completing because I have said the LFO is not in place. Please get yr solicitor to check everything. All I can say is, I have heard nothing and when I asked Helder today he said he was not aware of any LFO being granted on manzana 6.

I have no intention of completing even if the LFO is in place and Taray know this.

I am just a bit miffed that they may have tried a stunt like this to get me to complete.

i have recieved a letter from taray stating lfo in place and i have until date in march to complete if you have a fax number you can pm me and i will fax it to you we are in block 7 or 6 i am away from the file so cannot remember!!! yes its been that bloody long.....

Has anyone actually got a copy of the LFO document or seen it. I am still not 100% sure Taray have it.

Why hasn't anyone from Manzana 5 posted to say they have theirs. Surely that would have been granted before Manzana 6.

Until I see a copy I am not convinced....So if anyone has a copy or their solicitor...I would be interested.

It may just be another bully tactic...I suggest that we ask our solicitors to request a copy of the LFO before we start handing over money.

LFO for Manzana 6 has been issued - I had a client complete last week with it!

When Parador phoned me this morning I told them that I wanted to see a copy of the LFO...

Today i have been told we do not have the LFO. Currently they are getting manzana 5 ready. If we had the LFO all the electricity meters would be in BUT NO NOTHING!!... thank goodness!

We're on 5 and have no meters either! Will keep you posted.

I am wondering if the emails sent to a couple of people on SC by Taray, informing them that the LFO has been granted, also telling them that they have 30 days to compleat is just a ploy to panic us into parting with our money.

What I don't understand is....if Manzana 5 & 6 LFO's have been granted at the same time, then this thread should be full. But we have posts from people living on 5 & 6 who have no knowledge of the LFO...Strange....Very Strange...
