hi all,  we are dealing with our solicitor and bank and they are both under the impression that the lfo has been issued ??

so i dont bloody know i feel as if i am in a stephen king book....

Hi All,  this must be so confusing for everybody!  I can only confirm that my client completed on the 4th Feb with the LFO; the bank would not complete without it!!!!

I today received a copy of the LFO from Taray so I can cinfirm the LFO has been granted.

I think the important thing to mention here is that the LFO's are being issued for individual properties, that is why some people have them and some don't - even in the same block.

I think the LFO are only being issued to the people who have not made their final payment.

So the pressure is on to complete and pay up! It had to happen eventually. My solicitor is not replying to me re my options.

That explains it then! Well if it is a tactic to make you all complete then I dont really know what to say about that! As soon as the meters start going in I shall let you know! That will be the day I start living in the dark and showering round friends houses! I have been shocked at the sort of bills people are getting through
