penthouse snagging

Hi All,

As Habitation Certificates are coming through now for the penthouses and more peeps are completing and coming up for completion, could anyone tell me what the main snagging issues are for the penthouses? If any !!!!

We had our Block 16 Penthouse snagged by Emma Beechey and her husband during December, the snags were largely cosmetic relating to painting  / rough finishes / marks on tiles etc etc   - nothing tooooo major, and well worth the money to have such a comprehensive report and follow up from snagitmurcia. I am just waiting to see if we can ever completed on the blooming place now COH 's do seem to be in sight !!

Nothing major with ours - mainly cosmetic - tiles chipped, poor tile grouting in kitchen, paintwork close to the door need re-painting.   Biggest concerns we had were:-   Cooker extractor hood was rusty in places (replaced), Washing machine didn't fit due to clash with inlet pipe on the back wall of the cupboard (modified).  Still got a couple of outstanding issues - blind in living room is difficult to operate & skirting has come off in the kitchen.    Overall the build quality was good - and better than my expectation

Thanks for the reply. Hubby went over last week to look round apartment but was told when he was there that he had to do snagging!  We were going to use snaggit murcia. Anyway had to do snagging himself and hope for his sake he found them all !!!!

Yes well worth the money. They picked up quite a few things we missed.
