Photographs and update Terrazas de la Torre

Hi guys

We were onsite today conducting snagging inspections and have taken some photographs of the resort if anyone is interested. We also saw the new temporary club house which was previously on El Valle was in place and should be open in the next few weeks.

We were told that 9 holes of the golf course should be open in the summer.

If anyone would like copies of the photographs drop me a mail and I will send them over as I cannot attach photos to PM's.

Emma, if you click on the Photos tab at the top of the page you can upload them into the relevant resort, it would save you sending out loads of emails.

Do you mean the temporary club house at El Valle is a portacabin type structure which has now been moved and erected at Terrazzas?

I assume you used the services of a snagging company. What did you think of the service offered, finishes and end product?

Can you report on any ongoing construction at Terrazzas and whether the cranes are in place on a new phase?

I'm particularly interested in the islands, towncentre, sports facility etc which I believe is phase 4.  Do you have any new information on this phase as there's alot of conflicting threads.

I am happy to upload the photos to the website but have found in the past that this takes more time than actually sending a bulk e-mail to all those people that are interested.

You asked about completion etc. I am actually running a small family run snagging company in Murcia, and have not actually bought a property on TDLT. I do own a property on Mar Menor and also other within the region, and have lived here for the last 4 years.

Regarding the temporary club house this is actually the temporary club house that they had at El Valle so if anyone has been to El Valle they will recognise this from there.

When we were on site this week there was very little construction work being done. We asked about the lack of workmen on site but the snagging team were not able to give us any further information about completion dates for the next phases I am afraid. There are cranes in position but our best guess is that they are waiting for other resorts such as MM2 to be finsihed and then they will move the workers to TDLT for the next phase.

We are now on site every week and once we here anything further will gladly post update for anyone who is purchasing on later phases.
