Polaris Worls discount card

Just a quick question...........

Has anyone recieved their Polaris World discount cards yet?

It's just that we signed for ours last October and haven't  heard or recieved anything

We asked at customer services and they said that they were a bit behind with issuing out the cards, which is a bit annoying as we could be saving 10% everytime we shop in the supermarket or buy drinks/food in the cafe bar!!!!

We went to Customer Services on-site last Friday to collect our Welcome Pack to be told they were out of stock and were waiting for some new ones. 

All very well but as you say it's costing us 10% in the meantime!  They know how many properties they have built you would think they would prepare enough packs.  We are back in 2 weeks time we will call in again and ask for a pack.

Might even be able to pick up our letterbox key, you never know!!!  The chap with the keys was not available last week either.

You do not get the club discount cards in the welcome pack, only the application form which will then takes them months to process.

If you PM me your email address I can send you the form, which you can email to customer services.

we received ours in January, after applying on-line in November.............not bad that for PW!!   Now looking forward to 2  G & T's for the bargin price of  €12 .60!!!

You can get one from the main Polaris site - www.polarisworld.com - go onto the owners access, you will need your owners password to log in, then you can download the form.

If you have any trouble PM me your email address and I'll attach the one we have.

I'll be trying mine out tomorrow night LOL

Hi Dan,

Actually made a slight error earlier.......meant to say I downloaded the form on-line (PDF file) from the Polaris World website - owners section.  Printed 2 off. filled them in & returned by post.  You need a username & password to enter -  which should have been sent to you as an owner.  I think mine came in a file of publicity stuff they sent some months ago.

We got our application forms from customer service on site when we were out in January and got the cards about 2 weeks after we got back. That seems to have been a bit quicker than it has been for some people.

We applied for ours in December by post and they arrived about 4 weeks later

Does anyone know if the 10% discount applies in the supermarket? Is this off the entire bill?

Unfortunately it doesn't apply to the supermarket.  But you can use it in the restaurant and bars, in any polaris world resort.

      When we were there in February i tried to use my card in the supermarket to get the 10% off and they wouldn't accept it, told me it was for the bar only. So ended up paying 1.2 euro's for my estrella insead of 1.08, lol.
