Broken Glass

We have just returned from Playa Golf where we went to see our Solicitor re our house from San Jose - No luck yet!!! But we drove up to Playa Golf to see our Completed House... Although we were a bit sad that we havent got our house yet the site was looking great..and the Sun was shining. We noticed two broken windows in the Pub - The auld Dubliner and was wondering does anyone know what had happened because it didnt give the best impression. Also Alfies was closed the few times we went to the site but we mostly went early in the mornings or early afternoon so am hoping that they are still trading and not closed like a lot of others restaurants within the Cabo Roig area...

We were there at the same time and apparently someone had got drunk in the Irish Bar and put the windows in.  It was an isolated case, nothing to worry about.  We were in there a few times after this and there were no problems.

However, that bar and Alfies is up for sale which may explain why Alfies isn't open as much as it used to be.  However, it's still open most evenings and certainly Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

I have heard on the grapevine that the Square bar is also up for sale but I didn't see any signs when I was there.  Let's hope that someone buys these bars otherwise it's going to be dire!
