Photos from weekend

Went over at weekend, first time in 4 months and was very impressed with the progress. On the Friday there were lots of workmen busy on the golf course, at the foro and in and around the lake.

I cycled around the course at the weekend, virtually all the buggy paths are finished. The course is much more hilly  and interesting than the photos show. Lots of areas have just been seeded and grass is coming through. Most of the brown areas on the photos will be green in a few weeks. They have planted thousands of wild grasses in the areas away from the fairways and the rough. Before we know it we will have a golf course that is fantastic to look at. I envy the people in the penthouses overlooking it.

I have played many courses around the world but this is as good as any I have seen.

Great photos Pete. Thats one big swimming pool around La Isla, no wonder the water charges are so high!!

I only went at the beginning of March and the improvement is vast.  Thanks for the photo's Pete.

Great pictures many thanks to you and all the others who take time to post these on the web. We have not been out since last October, so it's really exciting seeing how things are developing, we are out at the end of April and can't wait, counting the weeks(how sad!!)
