Hi Alan, we have just had a look at the table, included in our contract, that gives you the size of rooms and terraces etc. In the section on "zonas comunes" the size ranges from 11.67 metres squared to 17.05 metres squared depending on which apartment it is. As the average size of everyone's lounge/dining room is around 15 square metres, we cannot understand which communal area the "zonas comunes" refers to, as it would not cover a great area, if you can fit it into the lounge. Is it referring to the corridors inside or the roof area? It surely cannot include both.

I have a set of reasonable plans for Block 1 the apartments facing the road (looking at the sports field) are:
Ground floor: F,E,D & H
Intermediate floors: G,F,E & D
Top floor: F,E & D
Those facing the farm at the back are:
Ground floor; A,B,C & G
Intermediate floors: A, B, C & H
Top Floor: A,B,C & G
The "zonas comunes" are:
Type A: 18.16m2
Type B: 18.16m2
Type C: 18.73m2
Type D: 16.81m2
Typr E: 16.89m2
Type F: 19.68m2
Type G: 18.91m2
Type H: 17.50m2
All of which work out at roughly 28% to 30% of the Trastero Vinculado.
Hope this helps someone. Our lawyer rang today to say that the builders say block 1 will be ready Feb-March. Judging by the last pictures, I still take that with a little pinch of salt!

Hi Alan, just noticed the nice photos you have uploaded. Patpur will be interested in photo 6, as it shows the beginnings of the foundations of Brisas del Mar, because Pat posted a request the other week for photos of Brisas.

Hi everyone
We were looking through the photos we took in October and we thought you might be interested to see the ones we took of the interior of our apartment, so you will find them in the photo gallery. Obviously a long way from finished , but gives you an idea of how they are coming along and going to look. Photo 1 - kitchen minus granite worktops etc., photo 2 - lounge/dining room, photo 3 - front door and double lounge doors, photo 4 - second bathroom/shower room

Hi Joe
Our 3 bed apartments are a couple of weeks behind the rest in the block, like i said before it is up to the individual if they want to complete before the builder gets the hab licence, what i can't understand is if the builder was serious about geting these apartments handed over, why have they not sorted out the garage entrance as you can see on the photos , so that the owners have somewhere to park whilst the contractors are on this side of the site?
