Hi all, has any body seen the p w website they are offerring apartments on naranjos for 98000 euros and penthouses for 105000 euros from clients who couldnt complete, this is polaris them selves why couldny they offer the same deal to us golf suie owners who wish to upgrade for these prices minus are 40% ?

Hi tigernicol - when I pushed PW last week they final said that there were a few 2 bed apartments in JARDINES phase still available for a starting price of 119,000 Euro, that I could consider if I wanted to switch from my Golf Suites contract - of course they didn't give a lot of detail of exactly which apartments were still left , BUT, you can bet they were not in any 'prime' locations.

Still have not heard any positive info about when they are going to start in Golf Suites, only "should be 2010" ?????

Hi patony, spoke to p w myself last week and they mentioned jardines at 119800 to me i asked about discount' no chance', a friend of mine lives in spain they are going too ask p w about a deal for me they speak spanish and know a few poeple up the ladder so hopefully get a bit more sense from them, not holding out too much hope dont want to get too excited c ya
