Just wondering if anybody knows what the plans are for the large green area at the back to mar y sol are, i..e another development or what?

We were told that no-one can build on the green area behind Mar y Sol for at least 10 years.

Hi Nick & Linda,

 

Many thanks for the pics as always.  Thats great news about the green area. It was a question I asked my agent but he was unable to say for sure which left me with some doubts. I'm purchasing in Block 5 and thought this was the last block until the developers decided they could just about fit in another Block to the right!!!!
