Hi all EOS members,
Just back from a great week at Condado. Can anyone tell me who to report any faults to? We are on Jardine 7 and noticed 4 path lights broken and lying at side of path Which we reported to customer services 3 weeks ago, tiles missing from floor of pool and we had no lights on in carpark for duration of our stay. Should we be contacting the management company about these issues Whilst I am happy to pay for services and upkeep of our lovely resort, I expect it to be maintained to the high standard for which we are paying.
