Bancaja - does anyone have a helpful contact?

We have taken out a mortgage with Bancaja.  After we completed we received our bank cards but no PIN numbers.  After much chasing we have still not managed to get them.  The contact at the bank just keeps insisting he has sent them but 8 weeks on no joy.  We have e-mailed someone based in London but she has not responded.  Has anybody had similar problems?  Does anyone know anybody helpful that works for this bank?  We have tried ringing the helpline which is automated and requires your PIN number after holding you are put through to a Spanish agent then they put you on hold for an English speaking agent but it just returns you to the automated service.  It is really starting to get us down and we have no idea what is in our account as, you've guessed it you need a PIN number to log on.  Any advice would be appreciated on this.

I've only just noticed your message which is a couple of weeks old now and maybe you've managed to sort things out. I too am a Bancaja customer and had the same problem in reverse....pin but no card. I only managed to resolve the problem when I went back to spain at my local branch in La Linea. Once there the card was issued within 24 hours. 

We're with Bancaja. Don't have a mortgage but do have a bank account. When we set up the account they advised us that they would not post out cards & PINs. We visited last Spetember & they gave us everything then (PINs all sealed up). Our main branch is in Torrevieja and we also have a savings account with Mazzaron & have found both to be really helpful.
