No car hire left for Easter!

We have tried all of the car hire places for a seven or eight seater for 10 to 17 th.  No-one has any.

Any ideas anyone. Car is essential because we are staying at Mar Menor and have to travel to apartment a few times.

Have you tried going onto one of the wholesalers websites..??    Someone like Holiday Autos or Travel Supermarket will usually find something. Just Google those names and there's loads more will pop up too.

I have just had a look on the solmar website and they do appear to have some cars available for the easter week from both alicante and san javier airports, they dont have the cheapest available but there is some for about €180 for the week  from the 10th to the 17th of april, their website is  www.solmar.es 

I have used them plenty of times in the past and have had no problems

Have you tried www.carjet.com I have used them many times when coming over for the last eight years.

Carjet says sold out on all cars.  I think it's this week that's the problem, most cars are being returned on sat and sun.  I have booked a seven seater to be collected on easter sunday but we'll have no car for the fri and sat.  This means we can't get to the get together on Sat - gutted!

We'll be at condado on Monday though if anyone wants to meet again - provivded you're all over the sat night by then.

Just idea have you tried Polaris World (Europa)   I know they are expensive but I have never seen anyone queing at the office in the airport?
