First visit to Condado

Hi all and thank you very much for your posts, we completed on our ground floor apartment in Jardine 5 at the end of Jan this year and your comments have been of great assistance to us, I had not seen anything since the model village in the Polaris office in Dec 2006 until last Thursday afternoon for two hours and all I can say is WOW !!!! Sometimes it can be extremely hard to buy 'off plan' but I am so glad we did this, the place looks so much better than we both expected and the golf course is certainly looking awesome so much I have now decided to take up knitting... as said a big thank you to you all for your comments and I have learnt so much about so many different things about the site and how to arrange many things, I managed to pick up a golf magazine ALMURAL on my short visit to Spain and there is an interview with Jose' Luis Hernan'dez, it is fairly interesting and as soon as I can I will post it on the forum (it is quite long) or you possibly can look it up online, I don't think I can post the web address as I am to new to the forum, I will visit Condado again in a few weeks time and hopefully will be able to help you guys as much as you have helped me,

We too are in Jardin 5 No 488.

Having been over twice now since mid January ,we have met  many very nice people living or holidaying on Condado.

Many  from Jardin 5  including Spanish families who seem to have a better grasp of the english language  then we have of spanish.

I spoke to Emma in January but as I have not needed to make contact since. I have not needed to get intouch

Hi Jan, thank you for your reply, we are in apartment 471, Emma was half way through our snagging and seems to have just vanished, not sure if everything has been completed to her very high standards, I have tried email twice but no reply, perhaps she and hubby are on holiday ??

I understand Emma is around. We found that she was quite easy to get hold of when the snagging was being carried out but then was quite hard to get hold of to chase any progress on the rectification work by Polaris. I think she has become very busy with all the completions, etc. My advise is to keep trying but also try calling them. I think their numbers are on their web-site.

I think it would be very unusuall for Emma to go off on holiday without advising clients before hand

I  agree with Phil, it is probable that its a case of being very busy, though again her " Customer care " is excelent 

& I wold have thought she would have aknowledged your emails.

Maybe there is a problem with her web site.

I would agree that maybe your next option it to telephone
