What a great week.

Just got back this morning and had a great 9 days out in Condado, must say I was surprised by the amount of Spanish owners in our Jardin4 Los Naranjos which I thought was very encouraging, I reckon over 20 apartments were occupied which made it seem very lively.

Had a good laugh meeting people on both nights down the surgery, the barman tried their best on both evenings but it was painful getting a beer as I'm sure many will say, over 30 minutes in some cases! in the end I was getting 2 at a time!

Overall well pleased with everything, Foro looking good and just hope they move straight onto Clubhouse after.

Managed to cycle around the whole Isla so took some shots, must say it looks very impresive!

well done mate great pics.watching the masters golf.has nicklaus put the amen corner on any of the bears best courses.polaris told me the first one will start as soon as the original is completed.and the good news is nicklaus wont be meddling so they hope  to have it up and running in a year-ill add on a bit for manana though!

Just returned from a fantastic 9 days at Condado.  Place was the busiest I have ever seen it - plenty of English and Spanish there and the atmosphere was great!   Met lots of people from EOS - great to put faces to names.  Look forward to seeing everyone again in the summer on our next visit.

Weather was good - sun every day although cool and windy in the mornings and evenings.  Place is looking fantastic - can't wait for the next trip!

we too had a great "weekend only". put a few names to faces in the bar, manana comes to mind with the barman though, there was plenty of poeple in our garden also, starting to get busy and looking good, 

cuz, there is 1 hole on the course guaranteed to loose balls, its scary just looking at it,   

just wanted to say thanks for the photos, they are great. we have a place on the island. lovely to see the water in the lake now. thanks again for the photos and update. cant wait to get out there.

Great photos - a lot of progress has been made since my visit in February.  Hopefully the Foro will be completed soon and give owners / renters more onsite facilities.

Friends were staying in our apartment a couple of weeks ago and said the greens are looking great, but weren't sure about the fairways.  Is the golf course still supposed to be playable later this year?
