Yes i have seen this it was mailed to me along with my charges and the rules all rather late, but what infuriates me is that the budget was set last may and the misled us and others by telling us we would pay 65 - 75 € for community charge when they knew all along and then at the 20th Feb meeting they gave us the budget that was set almost a year ago. They never even tried to reduce it or send it out in advance. It just shows the inexperience of our administrators. Now they are trying to reduce it because of all the uproar? makes you think they thought we would all accept as is?
As for any further details life just gets very confusing as there are all sorts of rumours but no facts we are half way through April and still they have taken no money whos paying the bills are we going to cop late payment charges to the gardeners etc?
The sooner we have an official community with presidents in place the sooner we can shape this community and keep all owners properly informed of the facts.
The other surprise was to discover that PW made agreements with Alhama Council that we would pay for maintaining the public roads, drains, lights etc around our resort this ammounts to 25% of the Budget? We have with Sergios assistance petitioned the Council and await their response on this.
