Keyholder and Cleaner required - Any recommendations please.

Good Evening all - Really enjoying the forum - Flying over shortly and would like to know if anyone could recommend us a key holder and cleaner - We would really welcome advice from anyone who has has a good service from their provider.

I would personally recommend Alan Milton at Azure Property, he has staff living on Condado and is also heavily involved with RPM and the movers and shakers at Polaris inclduing a certain Mr Hernandez

Alan already works for a lot on guys on condado and also owns appartments on site, Keyholding and weekly property checks are 300 EU a year then all the other services as required as add ons

You will no doubt receive loads of responses to this question and at the end of the day it will be down to personal choice.

We went with Alan from Azure Property before we even completed last year and we are delighted with his service, going above and beyond what we asked him to do on a number of occassions. Alan owns 2 apartements on Condado and also a place on La Torre so he is well acustomed to dealing with PW and Spanish contractors in general.

So I have no reservations in recommending him as well.

We have Carol Miller for our keyholding, Carol provides an excellent service, she keyholds for lots of properties on Condado and now has a team working with her.  We are more than happy with Carol, nothing is too much trouble, she really does go the extra mile, she is always available either by email or phone, in a very short space of time she has become our friend and is very reliable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Carol.

We have used Rob & Joanne at Fairways since we completed in Dec 2008. Thye have been really helpful and completed our snagging, recommended air con and are currently sourcing our furniture. Couldnt recommend them enough.
