Contacts\advice required

hello...I was just after a bit of advice on a couple of questions

• Does anyone know of a good joiner? I have a 2 bed on condado, and want to build a cupboard under the stairs to lock away personal goods, preferably keeping to the wooden theme of the wood already in the apartments
• Does anyone recommend a key holder/cleaner?
• I've noticed that the bathroom has no ventilation and can get very steamed up, how do others deal with this? Do you know of a good ventilation supplier etc?
