community meeting minutes

I have had another reply from administrators they added an extra amount to pay (cant find it anywhere on the minutesan extra 200 euros. see below my reply

I would like to know where you got 467.84 Euros due now
where is this figure written? It does not say anywhere on anything we
have been sent from you . I have comunity fees 2009 of 363.18 spread
over 2 payments( with out 20% charge) sent jan 09 no bank details pay
and no months either. The community was not formed before then so fees
cannot be charged before then. What you are doing is ilegal. The
builder is responsible for fees before a community is formed. I did not
buy the apartment to August 2008 is this going tobe sorted out before
the owners pay anything.

Hi All BDM,s l had an e-mail from them this morning,all they said was the minutes from yesterdays meeting will be sent out in english soon, and then everyone wil know where they stand. You are right there should be no community fees before Jan this year,( from when the community was formed, must get a date on that) regards Pat.

Our community fees are 374 euros but I thought this was paid twice a year not spread over 2 payments?

Hi Christine and Geoff l think it was agreed it would be paid in 2 installments a year. Jan and July (Feb this year) on my list you are down for 354.10 a year 177.05 each payment.mine is 526.61 a year 263.31 each payment..( l want your payments)  The way they are worked out is a budget is agreed to run the community for the year, you then pay a % of this budget based on the amount of sq mts your apartment is.lf there is a surplus at the end of the year the fees usually drop a bit for the following year. lf there is a short fall then the fees usually go up a bit to cover  the short fall ( if the president/ administrator can not find cheaper quotes ) Regards Pat.

Hi All, anyone any news yet about the meeting. Its so annoying when you want to pay and get it sorted and you dont know whats going on. Please some one must of attended the meeting last week wo reads this.

Hi all BDM same here, they did send me an e-mail to say. the minutes will be sent out in english soon and we will all know whats what, but how long is soon? Pat.  ps l did hear from a reliable source that the adminstrators are good, from a community that has used them for 5 years.

Hola all BDM owners in england, we are resident here and we didnt even get any notification in writing about the meeting or the updated payments. we have all agreed here that until we get the bank details of the administrator we are not paying by direct debit. they cannot make you pay by this method. It was agreed that all external gate locks be changed with only 1 key to open all and only be given 2 keys which cannot be copied so if you lose 1 it will cost 20euro toget another. Having said that maintenance man has looked at them but nothing been done yet. We also have 5 committee members as well as president and vice. We have not received minutes of that meeting yet either.   regards Pauline

Just to add some more info, after we had the meeting with the administator we have to give him time to colate all of the info that we have given him and also reports from the architect etc then everyone should get a copy of everything,

just wondering if they do change the locks on the entrance gates how are people going to get into there apartment on arrival maybe late at night. The reason I am perhaps more aware is that I arrived there last year and locks had been put on the doors leading into the corridors and we got an awful shock on arrival at about 8PM there were numbers on the doors of people to call on to get in and luckily Karl  from one of the other Blocks Let us in and Gave us our Key.  But if it is late at night or early morning not very nice start to your stay to find that you are locked out

Hi , just wonderd if anyone is having problems with their apartment door locks. I understand a few who live there have. The locks are sticking and you cant get in. Some of the residents know how to work the but is still aproblem if no one is about to help. I am going to email the builder but do not have his email address as the cabins are no longer there. Anyone out there got his address.

    Can anyone tell me how and to whom we pay our community charges I am confused as there has been no feedback from the last meeting, has anyone paid their fees and if so please tell me how I go about doing this  as we don't want to incur extra costs for non payment.of fees.We are over on July11th for one week and hopefully will resolve this worrying dilemma.

HI, We residents have not paid community charge yet, waiting for details of administrators bank so that we pay into the bank. We have all agreed that we are not paying by direct debit as this could be risky if administrator is not legit. Hope this helps might know more when you arrive.
