Hi,
We have paid our community fees via bank transfer,I E-mailed the administrator(INGRID) that payment had been made and she replied with confirmation that they had recieved the payment .Thanks to all the commitee for your hard work and keeping us informed when we have been over in bdm especially Karl(thanks for phone call),Alan and John,and also for policing the area in general keeping out non residents from pool area and making sure all residents keep the gates locked to keep out thieves,we all need to be vigilant in doing this and keep our properties safe.

Hi All
I have received an email today with the English interpretaion of last weeks minutes and asked to comment and correct I will do my best to sort this out so you can have them soon. Things are moving slowly but hopefully positively. Your questions etc and if you need to check whether your details have arrived at the Administrators Office should be via Ingrid who works along side the Administrator as the Transalator. She appears at present to be trying to help and is now aware that we need correspondence.

Hi, Ingrid confirmed to me my fees are paid. So hopefully we will have money in our community funds.
I heard last week the builder was sopposed to come and do the jobs on the snagging list. Have they ? They rang my keyholder and said they were ( they have to fix our door lock) but he never heard from them again. Has anyone had problems with their front door lock and had theirs fixed, by the builder or someone else. It so annoying I have rung the builders office twice.

Hi All
the builder has been busy this week, for some of you the painting caused by the damp has been,done at least 4 that I know of. The girl in the Builders Office was sacked a couple of weeks ago. The admin is starting to respond two notice boards gone up round the pool area and I´ve received provisional minutes to go through. Will keep you update whenever anything else happens

Hi all, got the minutes from the last meeting yesterday morning. Seems ok. They are looking at prices for a communial sat dish which would be great. I noticed in the britsh market there is someone who put the sat dishes up , he will put it in for free but charges so much per person to connect depending on how many want to join up. It says if 12 join it will cost 295 euros each, its Freesat and also spanish freeview as well. I dont know if it is a good price.
The only thing i dont understand is a about the electricity bill as being high as the builder has put every one on the highest potency level. I would like that to be explained in more detail please.

Hi to all
We have started to receive the Sumas for the properties in todays post and they are payable before the end of the month, the ones I have seen are abt 120euro but obviousl will go with the size of your apartments. The summer is now over with just a few of you spending a few days here. Things are happening slowly as we have grown to know here. The Satellite dishes are now fitted onto blocks 5-8 and wired to each floor in those blocks, if anyone wants to join the system. Blocks 1 & 2 should be done soon and should contact me or the administrator or the engineers. I don´t think any other system will now be approved, all the criteria has been met to satisfy the spanish concerns. The Spanish system has been breaking up and is being sorted out by the administrator now. The community notice boards and community pool rules have been installed, unfortunately not everyone follows them, the main problem is the rentals. The police are taking a dim view of the noise and have intimated that contracts will have to be shown and then they suggest the owners will be liable for spanish tax. The last incident was a group of younger holiday makers drinking and smoking in the pool and one of the lads running round the pool naked. Please understand that the owners are lible and that ultimately they could lose their property. The garage in all blocks have had the drains cleaned and the at least one pumps changed. The white doors have had return spring fitted to close the doors for security reasons and the garage stairs have a lock fitted to stop access to the garages, please collect keys next time you visit, these will only be given to garage space owners. The number pads at the gates appear to be being fixed today. I´ll let you know when other things change

Do you know when the next AGM will be held?, so that we have some notice and are able to make plans to come over - flights are fairly competitive at the moment, but if we have to book last minute we ended up paying over the top, not only that its making the necessary arangements as we all have various commitments.
This will then ensure there is a good mix of people - from those who live in Spain and those of us who frequent throughout the year. Otherwise the majority of the decisions will be made by those who live in Spain and that is not a fair representation of the owners.

I quite agree abt there being a fair representation of all the community throughout the blocks, residents, and absent owners as well as the different cultures. However our contact with the administartor has change, Ingrid is no longer our contact as she as left their employ, we have a new one name Said(Sayheed) things are happening as I said in last nights bulletin. There are now return spings on doors etc but there are still problems from builder, resident and owners who rent out, so still a way to go before we get our "community" pulling together. I will pursue a date and try to explain the importance of people being here and cost of flights etc. Can you tell me if the info I post is of any use and does many people receive it as I don´t nt to waste time and money but need to get info to the english speaking owners.

Hi Alan yes the information you put on here is important and a godsend. Carols 1 the suma tax is the ibi tax ( council tax ) the basura is the tax for emptying the bins everyday, Regards Pat.
