hola everyone, does anyone have any information about when and how the rules for the community are going to be made..?? who decides now!??, what's acceptable and whats not,?? is there already a president or is it to early ??..just how many properties have to be handed over before its decided the owners can have a say ??. and who's responsibility is it at the moment to make sure every owner is informed off what the rules are now, or isn't it no-ones??, has there been  any meetings ect.. ??is every property having one vote or is it going to be in the case were theres a couples who's names are on the deeds, each one off them as a vote..??personely i hope its common sence that prevails and time isn't wasted arguing about what should be used a wooden stave or a piece off bamboo to stake a plant outside with? as daft as that sounds, i've read it as actualy happened on another development..PS anyone who wants to keep up to date with whats happening or happened in calasparra,, there a local bilingual news paper, you can access via the  web, the news is in both spanish and english,, in your web browser put.....www.nexocalasparra.com and it should take you straight to there site, to turn the pages just click the word NEXT:                 PS, if anyones fished the local reservoir or segura river, drop me a line!! get it!!!and let me know how you got on, hope to be over there sometime in march if not before..all the best billyboy*********

Hi Billyboy,

When we were staying B&B just outside Calasparra our host spoke of fishing the Lake and offered to take my husband the next time we are over.  Seems there is good fishing locally and he goes regularly.

We were told by one resident that there would not be a commitee and president for the villas.  Hope that is correct.

Thanks for info. on finding news of events in Calasparra,

Regards,

Jaybe.

Hi, we will be taking over one of the villas, plot 47 on phase 4,in the near future. My belief is the Horizontal property act doesn't apply to the villas, although it may well apply to the flats, and no president or 'community' is required. However, I believe if it is, the builder/developer should initiate it. Maybe Sara, or some one in the office could share more light.
