Hello, just a few lines until I get more time later in the week as this is my first day back in work. Meeting went ahead as planned with about 12 owners turning up and went on until 10.45pm. A number is issues was spoken about, the main ones being the new children's play area, it's cost and the need to finish off the area by doing some extra work there. It was agreed that the committee would look at this work and would get the work done but only to a cost of 3000.00 euros. The new glass curtains already installed on the balcony in D8 was another item which took up a lot of time before it was agreed they could stay . Any one else who now wants to inclose their balcony must follow with the same design & materials and inform the committee of their intentions. The committee is now ( don't have the names with me ) 5 strong with Philip in D8 as V/Prisident with Darren staying on as President plus 3 other of which I am one. Philips is to post a full report on the meeting when he get's the minutes from the administrator and also send such report to all owners if he has their email details. Another important item was the large crack running down the rear of the building between blocks C&D. Already repaired once it was agreed that the best way to get Ballester to repair it correctly was to get a independent survey done and go to them with it. This is going to cost 1000.00 euros and again Philip is taking the lead in this matter. We were there for 10 days and the weather was great. Can't wait to go back but this will be in early September.
