Habitation licences?

 Having recently heard from Taray regarding our Manzana 8 phase II  property being almost built, I've contacted  Taray and our solicitor re likely habitation licence granting date. Surprise, surprise, I've heard nothing back. I've seen in a posting in another thread that September is a possible date.

My question is what is this based on, has anyone heard officially or otherewise as to when the licence is going to be granted? Or is the September date a guess? Has anyone on phase II got their's yet?

Are all the hab licences for phase I now granted, or are there any still outstanding?

I have had no problem contacting Taray. I received notification that my property would be finished by 15th July 2009, I sent a list to custermor services regarding what would be finished by the 15th and what licences would be in place. Thay e-malled back with my list ticked of apart from the habitation licence which thay informed me would be in place by the end of summer. I e-mailed back to tell them that due to work commitments I would be unable to get over to Spain untill the end of September / early October. Thay e-mailed back to say that would be O.K and thay would have the final licence in place when I went over. Thay did e-mail a coppy of the building liecence.

Hi All

I have just returned from a 2 week break and visited Tarey to get an update on the completion dates, we are in 9.1 the penthouse/bungalow and pool area at the very bottom of phase II.  The girl in the office said that the habitaion licence has been applied for on 15 June 2009 and that they are expecting it to be through by the 15 July 2009.  When I asked her about the licences for phase 1 as I believe that Manzana 5 onwards are still waiting, some over 18 months she said that they should also be through soon. I have advised them to contact be when the licence is in there hand and can't see it being anytime soon.
