Which Bank?

I need to set up a bank account and was wondering for those who have already done this, what the Bank(s) in San Cayetano are like - does anyone there speak English, what are the charges like and do they offer internet banking? Or there other suitable banks nearby that offer internet banking?

Also I was thinking of coming over in August  to check on my quad on phase 2 and wondered can the full snaggibg checks be done, or do you have to wait unil you have completed?

 snagging can and should  really be done before completion, then if there are any problems they can be sorted out before completion. 

Banking:  we have joined the halifax which can be done from the UK branch and as long as you have 600 euros in your account there are no charges.
