New Polaris 'Beach Club' email

Has anyone else received an email today about the new Beach Club?  It says that there is 'complimentary tranport from the resorts' and appears to be open now????  Says it is on the shores of the Mar Menor and gives prices for sunlounger hire/tapas etc.  The mind boggles.  It would be great if they could at least give us a clue...................

That's the one and you are correct - I have just emailed PW who say the transportation is only for LT and MM residents. Shame.  We can still go under out own steam as it is a PW residents only club so we should get in at least??

at one stage there was talk of a beach club in Mazarron. But that was before the big R. It has gone quiet ever since.

In all fairness I would prefer our beaches over the Mar Menor, it would just be nice to get the free transport to Mazarron bay though, for those who don't want to drive.

I am surprised that Alhama & Mazarron haven't incentifies local coach companies to improve bus services. There are plans for months now to start a improved service to/fromCamposol, but little is happening. If they would include Condado it would be a much more viable service..

A good point - perhaps some of the permanent residents could canvass Fred Elliots/Yorkshire Linen/Chinese restaurant at the entrance to Puerto de Mazarron to send up a minibus 4 times a day??  I am happy enough to contact those businesses from over here if I can get a list of potential shops from someone???  Mind you - they may well send a minibus and have a queue of 500 folk trying to get on!!  I am sure they would do some good business out of it.

I'm sure your right in saying if we make our way to either of the resorts the bus cannot refuse us, as we are PW owners.  I cannot find find anything on the google about the opening of this Beach Club??  Can anyone else.

I wonder if they have built the 6 luxery beach front villa??

Could anyone tell us where this beach club is as we have emailed Polaris world twice and have not got a reply, if this is for Polaris world residents how do we get a pass or whatever to gain access to this club.

I am sure I read some where ( cant think where, though) that it was never built due to lack of interest in those great big villa`s  & then the recession arrived & every thing is on hold

We received an email from La torre Inter - continental Hotel stating that a mini bus will take you to the Polaris beach club, and on the polarisworld forum people are saying this bus is also taking residents from Mar menor along with a timetable, the club is apparently somewhere near Los Alcazares  and it is for Polaris residents and I presume anyone staying at the hotels on site.

If its as nice as the initial brochure stated then its well worth a visit
