I have asked this question on the Terrazas de la Torre forum but had no reply and as this seems to be the busiest community I thought someone on here may know or point me to a more relevant thread on another EyeonSpain forum.
Does anyone know the phone number, email address or mail address for the Polaris World legal department. There are some questions I need to ask about bank guarantees but so far customer services have ignored my emails, now there's a surprise. I had a phone call earlier this week with someone from the sales dept who tried to get me to change to a key ready apartment on phase 1 Terrazas de la Torre or transfer to either phase 2 or phase 12 with a significant reduction in price. When I said that I am quite happy with staying on the Island phase 4 and pressed her for a start date she would only say that she could not give me a start date but it would be a minimum of 2years. We have waited long enough now and we are going to try execute the guarantee without going through a solicitor as one has already quoted a total of almost €8,000 for his services.
