New plans for apartments?

I have just been surfing on the net and come across a plans that I haven't seen before showing Altos de Alhama between the Jardines and the Golf Course.  Not sure how old it is (could be ancient) but never seen it before and it does say in brackets on the web link below (yet to be released).

Anyone else know about this?

This was in original plan back in 2005 when we first signed up. These are now on Mar Menor 2 and I believe they will eventually build golf suites around course. Original idea was a ro of 1 bed apartments with hotel facilities to call upon. Sounds like a motel, Oh for those days when the world was on a roll!!

So all Jardins owner's can still keep their fingers crossed for low rise development so that we can see over the top for the golf course!!!!!

As if, it will no doubt be penthouses, smack bang in the middle of my view.  Never mind as long as it can't block the sunshine, that's the main thing.

Yes that is right, or so I believe, we spoke to a couple only last week who had reserved a second phase penthouse which will be carrying on round past the foro until (god only knows) but this has been postponed until the economic climate recovers and that is why they purchased elsewhere because they couldn't wait or should I say didn't want to wait.  The villas and the golf suites are also on hold but we were told Mirador cancelled (but who knows if this is true) I only hope for the sake of all who have purchased on there this is not .  Naranjos Jardines 5 & 6 all apartments are still available as somebody purchased them all to sell on but then went bankrupt.

Thanks for your e-mail, it explains a few of the for sale signs too!  I feel sorry for the people who have paid large deposits and don't have a clue when their apartments will be built.  I have to say Polaris kept to their timetable for us, they said 2 years and it was!
