villa janas reduced to 160k

Maybe i am wrong and this needs to be checked before it spreads but the villa janas nearest to the entrance near the foro have been reduced to 160k

I've seen a resale at that price, but not a 'new' property these are still €249K.

Is that 160k pounds or Euros? ( i know there isnt too much difference these days!)

 Maybe they are cheaper because they are near the entrance.

 

One is 160k euro and the other is 170k. Can some one go to the sales office and find out?

well done ptan i knew we would get to the bottom of it. The same villa was 250k last year....thats some value now at 160k
