I do not know if the title is correct in english. Some cuestions to put on the table. First. the horrible noise of the pump room. Iit is not true that will disappear when we have th water conection with the water company. Our representatives in the comunnity shoud talk with the developer and urge him to make a proper isolation . If not, sooner or later whe should file a sue against the developer. Second, the color of the sunshade. As there was no decision in the first meeting of the comunity, some of our neigbouhs ( spanish, a disgrace for my , but is tipical to act like this in Spain) has installed his sun shade with the colours of the andalucian flag: green and withe. Our representives should ask for an extraordinary meeting of the comnunity in september to decide this). I am know here. Block 11, stair 36, ground floor B.

By the way, I have read the problems of go walking to the beach through the road. It is easier to go using the stair ( i ca not remember the adecuate word) over the motorway near the Guardia Civil station).

Hi Carlos, Just replying as a neighbourly courtesy. We are coming out  there August 23rd and we will have a look at the offending awning too. Does anyone else have a view? Also, we will check out the noise of the water pump. Further views from people out there? Thanks. Margo

Hello. The sun shade has been installed in block 4, you can only see it form the street because it is covering the door of the kitchen in a ground floor. I think the still dont dare to install another one in the terrace. Even,  I think they hve the disposal of changing it if there is a agreement of the community.

Estoy de acuerdo en que el ruido de bombas de agua debe tener el trabajo realizado a su alcance para reducir el noise.The arquitecto Mari Paz dijo que el ruido se reducirá, cuando estamos en Manilva aún supply.As No pienso que podamosAnthying hacer hasta que un time.If el ruido is reducido que luego no sería el momento para quejarse again.Do usted tiene alguna idea de cuándo vamos a ir en el suministro de Manilva?

Yes, Paco says it will be very soon.   If it happens soon i am hoping to still be here as they have to gain access to your property to do it.  A couple were told by solicitor it will be in the next three weeks (2 weeks ago) so left a key here with me.  They dug up the road all along outside and channelled some mains pipes about 2 weeks ago. They have been tarmaced over again now so they seem to have fiinished laying them. 

However, well we all know how things move around here.
