I think that this is logical as they were relying on Finca Parcs for the bulk of their income

What I would be more interested in knowing is if, as they were buying a property on the site, they had a Bank Guarntee and if they have managed to cancel their purchase and obtain a FULL refund

Also I notice that there hasn´t been any other work since the statement passed on when CG stated that it was not their fault, is there any offical word now that the developement has been shelved

does anyone know if Gill daughter and her family got their deposits back, if not have they joined any action group ?

If they did get their deposit back - are they in a position to let us know how to best proceed.

Do they have any further information on the where abouts of the directors of Gleyton Ges.

I am co-ordinating an action group for Finca Parcs purchasers who were not issued with the legally required Bank Guarantees.

Our group currently consists of 31 purchasers with 40 plots.  More purchasers are joining by the day.

Richard and Amanda have not joined our group.

I am not sure of their current situation with regards to getting a refund or whether they may have been lucky enough to have Bank Guarantees, in which case they should be OK.

I think they are 'victims' in this whole mess just like the rest of us.  They put a lot of time, money and effort into their Finca Valley business and it seems that they may lose that investment.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but I just wish for everyones sake Gill had listened to my concerns regarding Cleyton GES / Finca Parcs / Finca Expert / CAM Bank, when I raised them with her and Gerardo over 2 years ago and many times after that.

Gregorio Calvo Obarrio is the Administrador Unico (Company Secretary) of Cleyton GES.  As far as I know the only other people now involved with Cleyton GES are Antonio Hernandez Gomis and Daran Cooper, both of whom are alive and well and living in Spain.  Max Kite is employed on a part time basis only to collect and collate the data for the Finca Parcs Refunds process.  Max is very efficient however his role is very limited.

I understand that Antonio Hernandez is currently in negotiations with an Arab Investment Group who are interested to buy Cleyton GES and the Finca Parcs project for the value of the debts.

However, I understand that CAM Bank, the biggest creditor, are unwilling to co-operate with any discussions and may have their own agenda.
