full refund + interest

I have just returned from Spain after banking my deposit + interest. I was an Aramis client.My BG has been  honoured and my contract cancelled. I was on phase 2. If you have a BG you shouldnt have any trouble getting your money back. I only went to a solicitor in the middle of June and received my Cam Bank cheque via my solicitor at the beginning of August..How quick is that?So for all of you disbelievers I suggest you get a move on and do somethng about it instead of making all those disgusting comments. So again for all those disbelievers I will give you my solicitors details  David Fuster and Associates Los Alcazares. They are dealing with many clients and are aware of all the circumstances. Hope you have as much success as I have had. Solicitors costs 2.500 euros-well worth it.

 I am so glad that you have received your BG from Cam Bank.  Whilst you were dealing with Cam Bank did they have any info as to what will happen with the project?  

Will anyone ever move in on phase 1

Really pleased to hear you have got your money back too especially being another Aramis client.

Lawyers costs were over a thousand more than I was charged but still well worth it for such a speedy result and the interest payment more than covers the costs involved. 

Well done on getting all of your money back and as I continue to explain to people if you have a BG then the process for getting a refund with interest is quite straightforward but it is better to use a lawyer

As I also again have to say if you do not have a BG, which was your legal entitlement then it will impossible to recove the money withot having to go to Court

Also people should consider an action against the lawyer that dealt with them, as is happening on some other developments, as they must have professional indemnity insurance

There is very little information coming form the developer which may be on purpose as untill they formally announce that the project is not going ahead people with BG´s, where they have not yet reached the agreed contract date, cannot be excercised

I had no direct contact with the Cam Bank,it was all done through my solicitor.All I know is that Cleyton Ges are not using their offices anymore and are impossible to get in touch with.Have you ever been to the developement as it is quite a while since we went down?
