Hi Raviss,
As mentioned already, I have a 2bed Tilo in Phase1, and have just finished the furnishing/ fitting out for rental.
In my experience, you can pay as much as you want, but if you look around you can save yourself quite a bit. I was quoted E15K (Jeez!) by Corvera to avail of their furniture pack for a 2bed Tilo, which worked back to E12K if you include the Loyalty Bonus. This still seemed very very expensive so when out in Spain I went to DFS, Murcia Furniture and lastly FCE Spain in Almorida.
I found FCE to be the best value, and we bought all our stuff from them. We just went for basic but durable furniture for rental purposes. We ended up spending around half the Corvera quote with FCE, and for this money we kitted out the whole place including beds, tables, chairs, sofas, linens, towels, cutlery, crockery, curtains, cushions, outdoor furniture etc etc. (We used the Corvera Loyalty Bonus for white goods, bathroom screens etc). We also found Nick in FCE to be very reasonable with items we ordered which turned out to be surplus to requirements when placed in the apartment, which was a great help.
Also, if you are going to rent your property out and were willing to use 'nearly new' furniture you could also look at Roy Howitt's 'smartshopspain' service. He has a website where you can get some great deals on barely-used furniture that could sort you out for the medium term at least.
Hope the above helps and best of luck with your Corvera property!
Rgds,
Ian
