I am about to complete this week (fingers crossed) are you all still using the developers utilities or now conected to the council.

Congratulations on your up-coming completion. We are still really pleased we've done this. Welcome. Spent last night out with neighbours and today around the pool and then tennis....lovely meal out tonight.....it's a hard life.  If you want to stay in, you can buy great steak, fish and chicken from the supermarket round the corner, really OK wine for just over 1 euro a bottle - I'm not joking. We've discovered this holiday, that the locals have a couple of particular wines that they drink, and we've finally stumbled on it, thanks to Barbara and Tracey! Also, thanks to Suzanne, we're on WiFi in the apartment. Another lovely holiday.  I will toddle up tomorrow and take some pictures of the new road. We are still on builders' supply. It looks like they are preparing to go on council soon (ish) though. Have you been out here much to see the development?

Many thanks for the encouragemnt. I was out in March and dissapointed that that completion was delayed again, but now thats all in the past, and as you say its a lovley location to holiday. What is the name of the wine sounds too good to be true at 1 euro.  I love cooking and will try out the steak and chicken from the supermarket i also love fish. Not sure what the delay is now with completion i am badgeringt the lawywers and bank to complete so they are making me sweat till the very end. Thanks for the pics cant wait to see the road finished. I hope to be out for a few days and hopefully to pick up the keys and week now.

The wines! Red - Campo Viejo Rioja. That was actually £1.49 but it was lovely. White - Valencia L'antigon. Cheap as chips. It's less than a quid. Not terribly dry, so it's good on it's own. There are others, good with food. There's a good Rose, called De Castan Rosado. About a quid. Went mad tonight, and splashed out on a 2002 Rioja for £2.50 (well, we've only got 2 nights left!) . It was excellent. You'd pay £7 - 8.00 for it at home. We were sitting on the balcony tonight, really warm weather, it was lovely. We realised  that apart from the actual building design, which is so attractive, the other factor that make this development so special, is the design of the gardens. They really are beautiful and are being maintained very well. The planting is so good.......whoever planned it knew what they were doing. This last bit, just before completion, can get very frustrating. I am sure you'll be out here having a great time soon. We'll upload the photo's as soon as we get back. Margo
