HI TO ALL DOES ANYONE KNOW THE COST TO REBUILD A 2 BEDROOM APPARTMENT IT IS FOR INSURANSE ANY HELP ? I HAVE A MORTGAGE WITH THE BANK. SO WOULD THE AMOUNT BE WHAT I OWE THE REBUILD COST? THANKS MALC

Hiya - The rebuilding cost stated on my Zurich policy (as recommended by PW) is €125,000 with a further €1,500 included for 'aesthetic damage'.  Hope this helps.  Arlene
